Yay, my new dental coverage just went into effect!

I’m so glad! my new dental insurance just went into effect!

It has been so long since the last time I was insured that I’ve been suffering from a great deal of dental pain. Fortunately, that new job I mentioned offers an insurance plan that is actually better than any other insurance I’ve ever had before. Therefore, I’m going to be getting my mouth fixed up right. My coverage is so excellent, in fact, that I am seriously thinking about going above and beyond just the realm of family dentistry measures and maybe getting some cosmetic dental work as well. My kids have been hinting around about getting some invisalign or some laser teeth whitening, so I’m seeing what sorts of dough we’d have to lay down on getting those done.

The big difficulty, for me, is first finding a good dentist in our area. It makes me feel bad saying it, but my family currently has no regular family dentist that we have a history with.We live in Tampa, Florida, so I’ve been on the lookout for a Tampa Bay dentist that is good with kids and has a wide range of experience with these particular types of services. It’s not so easy to find! There are a lot of things you want to consider when you’re looking for a dentist. For example, I don’t know if I would want to see a dentist who didn’t get most of his experience working with families.

As far as the advanced dental practices go, I’ve just really been toying around with the idea. The most advanced approaches have definitely been taking off these last few years or so. I keep hearing about them on TV, how much better they are than the usual dentistry approaches. I’ve been searching the web for “sedation dentistry Tampa” and it appears as though the training and equipment they use is just light years past what you would have expected to get twenty years ago, so I’m hoping that my family can enjoy such great dentistry now that I have a good job. No more emergency dentists in Tampa FL for us!
