Vehicle Cover vs. Personal Cover Explained
Essentially, there are two types of breakdown cover one can choose from. The first one is vehicle cover while the second one is personal cover and of course, both have their own specific benefits.
While vehicle cover only provides cover for a specific vehicle, personal cover provides you with cover, irrespective of which vehicle you are driving when you have a breakdown.
Of course, if you’re in a position where you frequently drive different vehicles, then personal cover would be your best choice. On the other hand; if you have a single vehicle while numerous people drive, then vehicle breakdown cover would be your best choice.
Long Distance Recovery
If you find you frequently travel exceptionally long distances such as from the UK into Europe, you should of course consider an appropriate cover to meet your needs. European cover for example will ensure that you are covered, irrespective of where you are in Europe. Of course, for those who frequently make such journeys, European cover should without a doubt, be considered.
Remember, no matter how well you maintain your vehicle, you can still have a breakdown and as such, breakdown cover is extremely important. Of course, before you go ahead and sign the dotted line, you need to be absolutely sure that the cover you choose will provide you with cover whenever and wherever you need it.
So there you go, you choose what level of cover you need for your circumstances and the price to match your budget. Breakdown cover is not expensive at all but not having it is even more expensive.
